If you find a document that is presented as a PDF (Portable Document File) file, you must download the Adobe Acrobat Reader software to read and/or print these files. This software is free, and you can download it from here. Once the download is complete you must open the file and complete the installation. Now anytime you encounter a PDF file the reader will automatically load so you can read the file.
